Since its inception in 2017, Hauwei Builders have dedicated to provide state-of-the-art and cost-effective quality homes. As a new company, we have seen both rapid growth in staff and a measurable increase in the number of construction projects undertaken.
Our project portfolio is highly diversified, because we understand there is no “one size fits all” approach in the residential housing industry. We pride ourselves on the ability to offer a multitude of capabilities to support projects and clientele at different price points, recognizing their unique needs.

Hauwei over the Years
The foundation of our business began with development of residential properties. Although we specialized in building quality homes for the people of the community, it became obvious that we weren’t just in the construction business, but in the community improvement business. This led us to expanding our ventures. The corporation now manages a wide spectrum of businesses, which includes manufacture of school furniture and manufacture of phone and tablet. However, the Company continues to focus its core competence on real estate development.
